Emily Greitzer began her studies at the age of four, and, shortly thereafter,
toured as a part of a Suzuki outreach program.
She made her orchestral debut at age fifteen at the renowned Troy Music Hall
and has since concertized with the Adriatic Chamber Music Festival, North
Carolina School of the Arts Festival, as well as participated in the New York
String Seminar at Carnegie Hall.
As a resident of Austria for two years, she has performed for the Diplomatic
Council of Vienna with pianist Albert Frantz.
She received her Bachelor’s of Music from the Eastman School of Music,
under the tutelage of Charles Castleman, and her Master’s of Chamber Music
Performance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, under the tutelage
of Camilla Wicks.
She has also been a fellow at the New World Symphony, and performed with
both the San Francisco Ballet and Opera orchestras.
