We believe that musicians who dedicate their lives to mastering their instrument will possess the long-term assessment skills in their methods of teaching.
Consequently, many Aurora School of Music students are accepted to prestigious music programs in various conservatories and universities in all instruments, many with full-scholarships. ASM also prepares many young students for successful auditions to highly selective ensembles such as the all the local Musical Theater programs, The Cleveland Orchestra Chorus, Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra, the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony, the Contemporary Youth Orchestra, the Akron Youth Symphony, and more! ASM students have consistently achieved outstanding results at both local and regional competitions as well high-ranking positions, lead roles in their shows, difficult solos in their schools’ jazz bands, marching bands, orchestras, and special ensembles.
We believe that effective teachers need a highly positive attitude to provide nurturing communication that supports a tight working relationship with the parents and families. Our music teachers in Aurora, OH are in touch with the “practicing home team,” enhancing significantly and immediately the progress of our students.
