Luke Wardell began his music studies at age 9 as a violist in Twinsburg School District’s orchestra program. In 2012 he enrolled as a student at the Aurora School of Music, and through the help and support of his teachers there he resolved to pursue music full time. He has since received his Bachelor’s Degree in Viola Performance from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music in 2021 as well as his Master’s in Performance and Literature from the Eastman School of Music in 2023. Luke has performed in music festivals both nationally and internationally such as the National Orchestral Institute and the Chautauqua Institute. Locally, he has performed with the Euclid Symphony, the Video Game Symphony, and the Tuscarawas Philharmonic. He is delighted to be able to give back to the school that has so deeply inspired his love of music.
